What’s the difference between liquid honey and creamed honey?
All honey comes out of the hive in liquid form. Over time, unpasteurized honey will naturally crystallize into a harder state. The type of nectar the bees have used to make the honey will determine the consistency. Canola and wildflower honey will be harder and clover honey will be softer in their crystallized states.
Liquid or creamed honey is a personal preference, but if you’ve never tried our creamed clover honey, we strongly recommend it! It has a nice peanut buttery texture. Clover honey dissolves easily in hot drinks, spreads nicely on toast, is easy to bake with, and is the perfect sweetener for coffee.
